1. About M-VibeTix

M-VibeTix provides a platform for discovering, reserving and purchasing eligible festival, concert and entertainment-event tickets. Depending on the event, we may act as a ticket sales channel, booking platform, marketing channel or sales agent for an organizer, promoter or ticket supplier. M-VibeTix is operated by M-Vibe Trip Co.,Ltd..

2. Scope of online card payments

Stripe card processing is intended only for eligible event-ticket transactions. Yacht charters, accommodation, transportation, tours, flight-booking assistance, car rental, photography, videography, drone rental and similar travel services are handled separately unless expressly disclosed. They may use Thai QR / PromptPay, bank transfer, direct-supplier payment or another stated method. A listing on this website does not automatically mean Stripe processes it.

3. Ticket purchases

Before purchase, review the event, date, time, venue, tier, quantity, price, inclusions, age restrictions, admission rules and cancellation conditions. You are responsible for accurate attendee and contact details.

4. Prices and fees

Ticket prices and mandatory fees are shown before checkout. Currency-conversion or bank fees outside our control may be charged by your provider.

5. Payment and confirmation

Submitting payment details alone does not complete a booking. Payment authorization, fraud screening, availability, inventory and final confirmation may apply. We may reasonably reject or cancel a transaction for failed payment, suspected fraud, duplicates, pricing or inventory error, event cancellation, unauthorized activity, or legitimate operational or legal reasons.

6. Ticket delivery

Tickets may be supplied by email, QR code, download, booking reference or another disclosed method. Keep delivery details secure.

7. Organizer and venue rules

Attendance remains subject to organizer and venue rules, which may include age and ID requirements, security checks, prohibited items, entry and re-entry rules, dress codes, photography restrictions, safety requirements and codes of conduct.

8. Event changes

Organizers may change performers, schedules, venue arrangements, opening times or programming. Material cancellation and postponement matters are handled under the Refund Policy, event terms, organizer policy and applicable law.

9. Ticket transfer, resale and misuse

You must not counterfeit or reproduce tickets, manipulate QR codes, sell the same ticket more than once, obtain tickets fraudulently, resell commercially where prohibited, use improper automated purchasing, or use M-VibeTix unlawfully.

10. Third-party services

Travel, yacht, accommodation, transport, rental, photography and other ancillary services may be supplied by independent providers. Separate supplier terms, availability and payment conditions may apply.

11. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, event-specific terms and applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

M-VibeTix branding and original site content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Event names, artists, organizer logos, photographs, trademarks and promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Eligible ticket-payment information is also subject to Stripe and relevant financial institutions’ practices.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent legally permitted, M-VibeTix is not responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, restrictions, transport disruption, artist cancellation, venue closure, force majeure, telecommunications outages or independent organizer decisions. Nothing excludes statutory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Updates

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of checkout is the version accepted for that order.

16. Customer accounts

Creating an account is optional; guest checkout remains available. Register with an accurate email address, a display username and a secure password. Confirm your email before signing in. Where offered, you may use Google sign-in instead. A username is a display name, not a unique ticket-holder identity or an administrator role.

Keep your password and one-time confirmation or recovery codes private. You are responsible for information you submit and must not impersonate others, misuse the service, automate abusive requests or share ticket credentials improperly. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or legal requirements.

The portal shows available records associated with your signed-in account. Guest and third-party purchases may require support assistance. A payment record is not an admission ticket; delivery, transfer and refund rights remain subject to the event-specific terms and our Refund Policy. Ask support for account correction, access or deletion requests; legally required transaction records may need to be retained. Account registration does not subscribe you to marketing.
