This policy explains the personal data used to deliver bookings, customer support and a safe website experience.
Information we process
Identity and contact data may include name, email, phone, country, attendee information and identification details when legitimately required for entry or verification. Booking data may include the selected event or service, tier, quantity, reference, transaction date, ticket status, attendee details and support communications.
Payment data
For eligible event-ticket purchases, payment and card-related details are processed by Stripe and relevant financial institutions. M-VibeTix does not receive or store your full card number or CVC through this checkout. Travel and ancillary services are not currently intended to use the M-VibeTix Stripe checkout.
Technical data
Technical data may include IP address, browser, device, operating system, essential cookies or local/session storage, session information and security or fraud indicators. The site uses authentication and payment technologies that may set essential storage or cookies. We do not currently detect a separate advertising-cookie implementation in this application.
Why we use information
We use necessary information to process and issue bookings, confirm payments, provide support, verify customers, prevent fraud, process refunds, respond to disputes, keep required records, improve functionality, secure the website, communicate material changes and send marketing only where legally permitted.
Who may receive information
Where necessary, data may be shared with event organizers, authorized ticket suppliers, venues, Stripe, banks, payment networks, hosting, database and email providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and providers needed to fulfil a booking.
Retention and international processing
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal/accounting obligations, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Some technology or booking partners may process data outside Thailand with protections required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, data portability where applicable, or make a complaint. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
Account authentication
Supabase handles authentication and securely hashes passwords. Resend delivers confirmation and password-recovery emails. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic profile and verified email needed for your account; we do not request access to your Gmail messages. Usernames are display information and are not used to grant administrator access. Account and booking records are used to provide the portal, verify payments and support your purchases.
