FAQ

M-VibeTix is an online event-discovery, booking and ticket-sales platform serving customers in Thailand and international visitors. Our primary online card-payment service is admission tickets for festivals, concerts, entertainment events and related event experiences.

Customers may find General Admission, VIP, festival, concert and entertainment-event tickets, event-related admission packages and selected overseas event tickets. We also display travel and ancillary services. Those services are not processed through our Stripe card-payment checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

We use Stripe for eligible online event-ticket payments because event purchases often require fast payment confirmation and secure online card processing, particularly for international customers.

Eligible event tickets may offer international credit or debit cards through Stripe, Thai QR / PromptPay, bank transfer, or another method specifically shown at checkout. Methods vary by event.

No, not under our current Stripe payment arrangement. Yacht charters, accommodation, tours, transportation, flights, car rentals and other travel-related services use separate local arrangements or the relevant service provider.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed, M-VibeTix receives payment confirmation, and a ticket, QR code, voucher, booking confirmation or equivalent is issued. A pending payment is not a confirmed booking.

Depending on the event, tickets may be delivered by email, electronic ticket, QR code, downloadable ticket, booking confirmation or another stated method.

Transfer and resale rules depend on the organizer. Do not transfer or resell tickets contrary to organizer rules, applicable law or purchase restrictions.

Eligibility depends on the circumstances, event terms, organizer policy and applicable law. Review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

For a cancellation, we will communicate the applicable refund, credit, replacement or rescheduling procedure. For a postponement, the original ticket may remain valid; refund eligibility depends on the organizer policy and applicable law.
